Description
The General Manager is responsible for operating a Domino's Pizza store, leading the team, maintaining customer service and product quality standards, managing schedules and inventory, responding to customer concerns, and supporting store profitability. The role requires physical work in a fast-paced environment, including standing, lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, and occasional climbing; weekend and closing-night work; and the ability to train and develop employees. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, have valid U.S. employment authorization, a valid driver's license and vehicle, no criminal record, and NYC food-handler certification. The salary is $1,275.00, with bonuses and incentives based on store profitability and performance.
