RPM Pizza, a large family-owned Domino’s franchise operating over 160 stores across Indiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Louisiana, is hiring a General Manager to oversee overall store performance, team leadership, and operational excellence. The role focuses on training and developing team members, ensuring compliance with safety and brand standards, managing sales, labor, inventory, cash, scheduling, and forecasting, and delivering strong customer service and financial results. The GM is expected to lead by example, maintain a positive culture, and work 40+ hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays.
