Description
Eclipse Automation is hiring a full-time General Manager for its Cambridge, Ontario business. The role oversees operational, financial, project-execution, and business performance; leads project portfolio and executive reviews; manages resources, capacity planning, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement; and develops leadership and organizational capability. The position requires at least 10 years of progressive operational leadership experience in custom automation, manufacturing, engineering, project-based, or related industries, along with P&L management of revenue exceeding $100 million and experience leading organizations of 100 or more employees. Compensation is $200,000–$240,000, with health, dental, and vision benefits, RRSP matching, tuition and professional dues reimbursement, vacation, and paid personal days.
