The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations of an El Pollo Loco restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, hiring, training, guest service, food preparation, cleaning, labor efficiency, and sales and profitability targets. The role requires an EPL Assistant Manager or equivalent of at least three years of management experience, a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and Serve Safe certification.
