Description
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations of an El Pollo Loco restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, hiring, training, guest service, food preparation, cleaning, labor efficiency, and sales and profitability targets. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 18 years of age, an EPL Assistant Manager or equivalent restaurant management experience, a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and Serve Safe certification.
