The role owns the store’s P&L and commercial performance, leads and develops the team, delivers exceptional customer and client relationships, drives operational excellence, coordinates staffing, stock flow, visual merchandising and promotions, and contributes market insight and strategic recommendations to wider business initiatives. The position requires strong retail leadership, financial accountability, data analysis, stakeholder collaboration and commercial awareness.
