Description
EōS Fitness is hiring a General Manager to lead a gym location with a strong focus on sales, customer experience, team development, and operational excellence. The role reports to the District Sales Manager and is responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff; setting membership and revenue goals; tracking KPIs; handling member concerns; maintaining compliance with health and safety standards; and overseeing facility cleanliness. The position requires sales management and customer service experience, strong communication and MS Office skills, CPR certification within 30 days of hire, and the ability to work in a gym environment and lift more than 40 lbs. Compensation is $65,000 to $70,000 USD, with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other perks.
