EōS Fitness is hiring a General Manager to lead sales, membership growth, customer experience, and daily club operations in a gym setting. The role reports to the District Sales Manager and involves hiring, training, scheduling, supervising staff, tracking KPIs, resolving member issues, enforcing health and safety procedures, and maintaining facility cleanliness. The position requires sales management and customer service experience, strong communication and MS Office skills, CPR certification within 30 days of hire, and the ability to work on-site in a physical gym environment. Compensation is $65,000 to $70,000 USD with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
