EōS Fitness is hiring a General Manager to lead a gym location, focusing on sales growth, membership retention, customer experience, staff hiring and coaching, and operational oversight of facility cleanliness, safety, and compliance. The role reports to the District Sales Manager and requires substantial sales management and customer service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, CPR certification within 30 days, and the ability to work in a gym environment and lift over 40 lbs.
