EōS Fitness is hiring a General Manager to lead a gym team focused on sales, customer experience, membership growth, and operational excellence. The role involves hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff; tracking KPIs and revenue goals; handling customer concerns; ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements; and maintaining facility cleanliness and readiness. Candidates should have sales management and customer service experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work in a gym environment, lift more than 40 lbs, and obtain CPR certification after hire. The position offers a salary range of $65,000 to $70,000 USD plus benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
