The role involves hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff; setting membership and revenue goals; tracking KPIs; resolving member issues; ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements; and maintaining facility cleanliness. The position requires sales management and customer service experience, strong communication and MS Office skills, CPR certification within 30 days of hire, and the ability to work in a gym environment and lift more than 40 lbs.
