EōS Fitness is hiring a General Manager to lead a gym location’s sales, customer experience, and team operations. The role focuses on hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff; setting membership and revenue goals; tracking KPIs; resolving member issues; maintaining compliance with health and safety standards; and overseeing facility cleanliness and maintenance. The position requires sales management and customer service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work in a gym environment and lift more than 40 lbs. Compensation is $65,000 to $70,000 USD, and benefits include health, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and other perks.
