The role focuses on hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff, driving membership and revenue growth, maintaining high service and safety standards, and ensuring facility cleanliness and compliance. The position requires sales management and customer service experience, strong communication and leadership skills, CPR certification within 30 days, and the ability to work in a gym environment. Compensation is $65,000 to $70,000 USD annually, with health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid leave benefits offered based on eligibility.
