EōS Fitness is hiring a General Manager to lead a gym club’s sales, operations, staff development, and customer experience. The role reports to the District Sales Manager and focuses on achieving membership and revenue goals, improving retention and new sign-ups, supervising and training team members, and maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant facility. The position requires sales management and customer service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, CPR certification within 30 days, and the ability to work in a gym environment. Compensation is $65,000 to $70,000 USD with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off.
