EōS Fitness is hiring a General Manager to lead sales-driven club operations, improve membership growth and retention, and supervise staff in a gym environment. The role focuses on delivering strong customer service, maintaining safety and facility standards, and developing a team that achieves business objectives. The position requires sales management and customer service experience, fitness industry interest, strong communication and organizational skills, CPR certification within 30 days, and the ability to work physically in a gym setting. Compensation is $65,000 to $70,000 USD with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and other perks.
