EōS Fitness is hiring a General Manager to lead sales-driven operations at a gym location, focusing on membership growth, revenue goals, team leadership, customer service, and facility standards. The role involves hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff; tracking KPIs; resolving member concerns; ensuring health and safety compliance; and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the club. The position requires sales and customer service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, gym-setting capability, CPR certification within 30 days, and a salary range of $65,000 to $70,000 USD plus benefits including health coverage, paid time off, and a 401(k) match.
