EquipmentShare is hiring a General Manager for its rental facility in Seattle, Washington. The role leads hiring, employee development, performance evaluations, training, and team communication; manages branch operations, profit and loss reviews, equipment utilization, warranty recovery, receivables, customer satisfaction, and safety compliance; and establishes measurable goals. The position requires at least five years of rental industry experience, preferably in management, a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, strong communication and leadership skills, and a results-driven mindset. Compensation is $85,000–$130,000 per year, with profit sharing, bonuses, vehicle or cell-phone allowances, relocation assistance, medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement matching, paid time off, and professional development.
