EquipmentShare is hiring a General Manager for its rental facility in Warrenton, Missouri. The role leads hiring, employee development, performance evaluations, training, and team communication; manages branch operations, profit and loss reviews, equipment utilization, warranty recovery, billed mechanical hours, receivables, and customer satisfaction; and maintains a safe, compliant work environment. The position requires at least five years of rental industry experience, preferably in management, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, strong communication and leadership skills, and a results-oriented approach.
