Description
Five Guys is hiring a General Manager to run a fast-casual restaurant across all shifts, driving sales and profitability, managing labor, food cost, throughput, and waste, leading shift leaders and assistant managers, and delivering fast, consistent guest service. The role requires 2–5+ years of restaurant management experience, high-volume shift experience, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and peak hours. Compensation includes a base salary plus performance bonus, health, dental, vision, PTO, meal benefits, and a growth path to District Manager.
