Five Guys is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead restaurant operations, manage finances and inventory, assign and train crew, motivate the team, manage customer relationships, and take full accountability for shifts. The role requires working opening and closing shifts, including an 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. morning shift and a 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. afternoon shift, and requires a minimum age of 18, high school education, 1–2 years of leadership experience, and 1–2 years of food service experience.
