The Five Guys franchisee is hiring a General Manager to lead and motivate the crew, manage financial and inventory operations, handle customer relationships, and take full accountability for shift performance. The role requires opening and closing shifts, including an 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. morning shift, an 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. mid shift, and a 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. afternoon shift. Qualifications include being at least 18, having a high school diploma or some post-high-school education, 1–2 years of leadership experience, 1–2 years of food-service experience, and strong references; ServeSafe certification is a plus.
