Flex-N-Gate is hiring a General Manager to lead an automotive manufacturing facility's engineering and operational teams. The role oversees process engineering, production, quality, logistics, human resources, safety, security, compliance, budgeting, customer and supplier relationships, continuous improvement, and facility maintenance. Candidates need a university degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering, at least ten years of automotive manufacturing experience or toolmaker experience, management and program leadership capabilities, Lean Manufacturing knowledge, and strong communication, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
