Everlast Gyms is hiring a General Manager to lead a fitness club's overall performance, sales, service, operations, and people development. The role owns membership growth, profitability, member experience, operational standards, cost control, health and safety, and team coaching, reporting to an Area Manager. Candidates need at least one year of management experience in fitness, leisure, hospitality, or retail, along with commercial awareness, leadership, communication, data-analysis, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
