Everlast Gyms is hiring a General Manager to lead a fitness club's overall performance, sales, service, operations, and people development. The role owns membership growth, profitability, member experience, operational standards, health and safety, and commercial decision-making while recruiting, coaching, and developing staff. Candidates need at least one year of management experience in fitness, leisure, hospitality, or retail, along with commercial awareness, leadership, communication, and data-analysis skills; fitness, leisure, Level 2 fitness, membership-sales, pool-plant, and health-and-safety experience are desirable.
