Gray Collection is hiring a General Manager for Le Vieux-Port Steakhouse in Old Montreal. Reporting to the Director of Restaurant Operations, the General Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead and develop staff, manage budgets and labor and beverage costs, drive sales and guest loyalty, handle guest concerns, and maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards. The role requires 3–5 years of restaurant management or food and beverage operations experience, French and English communication skills, financial and operational knowledge, and availability for evenings and weekends.
