Description
The General Manager provides strategic oversight for multiple Great Clips salon locations, coaching and developing Area Managers and Salon Managers, maintaining brand standards, improving operations, and driving consistent business results. The role requires proven retail or multi-unit management experience, leadership and people-development skills, the ability to manage managers and hold teams accountable, strong communication, and flexibility to work across multiple salons in the surrounding area. The General Manager reports to the salon owner and may also cut hair from time to time.
