The role oversees Area Managers and Salon Managers, develops high-performing teams, maintains brand standards and performance metrics, supports growth and profitability, and implements operational improvements. Candidates should have at least five years of experience as a Great Clips General Manager, along with retail or multi-unit management experience, leadership and coaching skills, and the ability to work across multiple salon locations.
