Great Clips is hiring Salon Managers to lead and develop stylist teams, manage salon operations, coach employees, and deliver haircuts as needed. The role requires a cosmetology or barber license, strong haircutting and leadership skills, communication and organizational abilities, technology comfort, and adaptability. Compensation is $25–$40 per hour plus bonuses, with weekly pay and health, dental, vision, and 401k match benefits; medical benefits and paid time off may be available at certain locations. The position is hands-on, with a flexible schedule and ongoing training.
