Great Clips is seeking a General Manager to provide strategic oversight across multiple salon locations, coach and develop Area Managers and Salon Managers, maintain brand standards, improve operations, and drive team and business growth. The role requires proven retail or multi-unit management experience, strong leadership and people-development skills, the ability to assess performance across locations, and flexibility to work across multiple salons in the surrounding area.
