Description
Great Clips is seeking a General Manager to provide strategic oversight across multiple salon locations, coach and develop Area Managers and Salon Managers, maintain brand standards, improve operations, and drive team and business growth. The role requires proven retail or multi-unit management experience, strong leadership and coaching skills, the ability to assess performance across locations, and flexibility to work across multiple salons in the surrounding area. The General Manager reports to the salon owner and may also cut hair from time to time.
