The Merchant of Battersea is hiring an experienced General Manager to lead the pub’s sales growth, customer experience, team recruitment and development, brand standards, safety, and overall day-to-day operations. The role requires strong communication, leadership, business acumen, P&L control, and the ability to acquire a personal license; previous General Manager experience is desirable, while hospitality, retail, or other fast-paced background experience is acceptable.
