The General Manager will lead the day-to-day operation of a Pub & Grill, grow pub sales, recruit and develop staff, uphold brand standards, ensure customer and team safety, and manage P&L performance. The role requires strong communication, leadership, business acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to acquire a personal license; previous General Manager experience is desirable.
