Chef & Brewer is hiring a General Manager to lead the day-to-day operation and commercial performance of a country-style pub. The role involves growing sales, leading and developing the team, recruiting, maintaining brand and safety standards, delivering customer experiences, and controlling the pub's profit and loss. Previous General Manager experience in hospitality, retail, or another fast-paced environment is desirable, and the successful candidate must hold or obtain a personal license.
