The General Manager will lead a Cornerstone pub, grow pub sales, recruit and develop staff, uphold brand standards, ensure customer and team safety, and manage day-to-day operations. The role requires strong communication, leadership, business acumen, P&L control, and the ability to acquire a personal license; previous General Manager experience is desirable.
