Hard Rock Cafe Malta is seeking a General Manager and an Assistant General Manager to lead its operations. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the cafe, including team management, upholding brand standards, building community relationships, and implementing innovative ideas. The Assistant General Manager will support the General Manager in daily operations, lead front-of-house teams, drive staff training, maintain brand standards, handle customer feedback, and collaborate with the kitchen and bar. Both roles require proven experience in hospitality management, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, commercial acumen, a passion for service, and fluency in English.
