The successful candidate will be responsible for building a strong operational culture, focusing on continuous improvement, quality, safety, and staff development. Key responsibilities include hiring, training, and developing departmental support staff, executing business plans, ensuring superior performance in customer satisfaction, managing training and certifications, establishing quality assurance criteria, overseeing productivity and performance expectations, supporting various business operations like sales and administration, accurately reporting market changes, and managing office/clerical functions such as invoice reconciliation and database management. The role also involves promoting safety, security, and self-development within the team.
