Intermountain Home Services is seeking a General Manager to lead a branch and own its P&L, operational execution, customer experience, safety, compliance, and market growth. The role oversees service, sales, installation, warehouse, customer service, and support operations; develops technicians, installers, and frontline leaders; manages capacity and overtime; and enforces branch standards. Candidates need at least seven years of leadership experience in a multi-function service or operations environment, with home-services, trades, or field-based operations experience preferred.
