Description
JAS is hiring an Area General Manager Central China to oversee all management activities for the Central China region of JAS China. The role is responsible for regional business strategy, profit and loss accountability, operating procedures and KPIs, quality standards, budgets, organizational structure, resource allocation, regulatory compliance, and relationships with customers, unions, and government officials. It also supervises branch managers, conducts performance evaluations, and manages hiring, firing, promotion, and staff development. The position requires a business, finance, or logistics degree, at least 10 years of general management experience in international logistics or forwarding, and bilingual English and Chinese proficiency.
