JETSET Pilates is hiring a General Manager to lead the overall success of a studio through hands-on operations, instructor and team development, client experience, sales, community engagement, and financial performance. The role requires completing JETSET Instructor Training Academy, teaching 6–8 classes weekly, and maintaining an active in-studio presence for at least 25 class times per week. Candidates need at least three years of operations or general management experience, strong sales and analytical skills, and flexible availability; fitness instruction experience and community-building knowledge are preferred.
