JustFoodForDogs is hiring a full-time General Manager for its Sports Arena Kitchen in San Diego, California. The role reports to the Regional Director and is responsible for leading guest service, recruiting and developing team members, maintaining operational and food-safety standards, managing labor and supply costs, analyzing profitability, and resolving customer and team issues. Candidates need 2–3 years of progressive leadership experience in a high-volume quick-service or fast-casual restaurant environment, a ServSafe and Food Manager’s Card, strong communication and emotional intelligence, and availability for a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
