Description
The General Manager leads all aspects of store operations for La La Land, reporting to the Area Manager and managing a team of direct reports. The role oversees guest experiences, operational efficiency, staff coaching, compliance, budgets, labor costs, inventory, and financial performance while maintaining brand standards. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 3–5 years of operations management experience, and previous experience managing direct reports; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred. The position offers a starting salary of $75,000 and medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
