Life Time is hiring a General Manager in Training to partner with a club’s current General Manager or Senior General Manager and support overall club direction, operations, financial performance, customer service, team member relations, sales, and member participation. The role includes GM certification and on-the-job training, daily inspections, budget and revenue monitoring, department manager mentoring, hiring and promotion authorization, and monthly Manager on Duty program execution. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, three years of fitness, hospitality, or retail experience, two years of management experience, computer software knowledge, interviewing skills, physical ability, and CPR/AED certification. The position is salaried at $94,000 or the applicable minimum, with potential bonuses, commissions, and class pay.
