Description
Life Time is hiring a General Manager in Training to partner with a club’s current General Manager or Senior General Manager and support overall club direction, operations, financial performance, customer service, team member relations, sales, and member participation. The role includes GM certification and on-the-job training, daily club inspections, budget and revenue monitoring, department manager mentoring, hiring and promotion authorization, and participation in club assessments. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, three years of experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail, two years of management experience, computer software knowledge, interviewing skills, physical ability, and CPR/AED certification; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
