Description
Luna Grill is hiring a Bench General Manager to support multiple restaurant locations, lead daily operations, serve as Acting General Manager when needed, develop future leaders, manage labor and operating costs, resolve escalated guest concerns, and support marketing and community engagement. The role requires at least five years of restaurant management experience, food manager certification, knowledge of front-of-house and back-of-house operations, and the ability to travel between locations; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Compensation includes a competitive hourly rate, guaranteed overtime, bonuses, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, holidays, and sick leave.
