Description
The General Manager oversees site-wide operations for a customer’s distribution, warehouse, or logistics environment, serving as the primary liaison between customer leadership and MAU leadership. The role manages approximately 25 employees across two departments, leads safety and continuous-improvement initiatives, handles crisis and project management, coordinates training and hiring, and administers payroll. It requires a high school diploma, at least five years of distribution, warehouse, or logistics experience, at least three years of leadership experience, WMS experience, and basic safety training or safety-program-management skills.
