Description
Minnesota Cannabis Services is hiring a General Manager to lead retail operations, manage store performance, compliance, scheduling, cash and inventory, financial reporting, customer engagement, and team development. The role requires at least five years of multi-functional retail management experience with direct supervisory experience, strong leadership and coaching abilities, and the ability to work flexible hours. Compensation is $70,000–$85,000 plus bonus incentives, health, dental, and vision insurance, and other benefits.
