Minnesota Cannabis Services is hiring a General Manager to lead retail store operations in the cannabis industry. The role oversees store performance, compliance, financial reporting, scheduling, cash and inventory management, merchandising, customer engagement, and team development. It requires at least five years of multifunctional retail management experience with direct supervision, strong leadership and coaching skills, and the ability to work flexible hours.
