Laacke and Joys Company, LLC is hiring a General Manager to lead an established niche manufacturing business through an ownership transition and then drive its growth. The role is full-time and onsite in Brookfield, Wisconsin, and covers business development, customer relationships, P&L ownership, manufacturing and supply-chain operations, quality, purchasing, inventory, fulfillment, strategy, and leadership. Candidates should have a track record of growing revenue or expanding markets, experience with sales, marketing, business development, or go-to-market strategy, P&L or operating-results experience, at least five years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or a related B2B environment, and strong customer-facing and operational skills.
