The role leads a manufacturing business unit and is responsible for safety culture, employee leadership, customer and sales support, performance and budget management, capital planning, cost reduction, new-product assessment, and organizational development. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent, at least 15 years of practical experience, senior management experience, manufacturing and quality-program experience, Lean Manufacturing expertise, sales and revenue-growth experience, financial and ERP skills, and strong strategic and problem-solving abilities.
