Description
The General Manager is responsible for the complete daily operation and profitability of an assigned collision repair facility. The role oversees customer service, repair quality, insurance DRP programs, estimating, sales goals, budgeting, payroll, accounts receivable, team performance, compliance, and shop operations. It requires 10–15 years of auto body collision repair shop experience in management or estimating, I-CAR Pro Level 1, CCC One experience, and knowledge of major insurance DRP programs.
